Notice is hereby given that the Montevideo Economic Development Authority (EDA) is accepting closed bids for Ashmore South Townhomes, consisting of four income-restricted, two bedroom units constructed in 2004. Each unit includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups, central air conditioning, a private patio, and an attached garage. Lawn care and snow removal are included in rent. The property is subject to a 10year covenant.

Closed bids will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on September 28, 2026, at Montevideo City Hall, 103 Canton Ave., PO Box 517, Montevideo, MN 56265.

Bids will be publicly opened by the EDA in the City Hall Council Chambers immediately following the deadline. All bids must be submitted using the official bid form available at www.montevideomn.org. Additional information is available on the website.

A Public Hearing to accept the winning bid will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The EDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
